Susan Lassiter-Lyons

Susan founded Lassiter Mortgage Group in 2002 after working in Secondary Marketing for Pulte Mortgage, the dedicated mortgage division of the home builder, Pulte Homes. Lassiter Mortgage Group is made up of three divisions: the residential brokerage, Performance Equity, a private lending syndicate and Commercial Capital Ltd., a commercial correspondent lender.

Prior to becoming involved in the mortgage industry, Susan was employed by The Hertz Corporation in a variety of management positions that culminated in an appointment to an executive level position at the company’s headquarters in Park Ridge, NJ.

Along the way, Susan has always found time to pursue her entrepreneurial dreams co-founding companies such as Tomboy Tools, a global company that markets tools and home improvement workshops to women, and Agent Outpost, a vacation rental consolidator for travel agents.

As a real estate investor, financier and portfolio manager, Susan has positioned Lassiter Mortgage Group as the go to residential and commercial financing source for even the most challenging investor loan scenarios.

Susan released her first book, Mortgage Secrets for Real Estate Investors, in 2007 and regularly consults with real estate investors, brokers and developers nationwide to best determine the financing strategies and programs available to create wealth for her clients one loan at a time.

Susan graduated magna cum laude from Regis University with a degree in Business Administration and is a member of Alpha Sigma Nu, the Jesuit Honor Society.

Kevin Amolsch

Kevin Amolsch has established himself as a successful real estate investor and mortgage loan consultant.  He made his first real estate investment at the age of 20 and now has a portfolio of over 30 properties.  Being an investor first, Kevin understands the financing needs of real estate investors, and has a true passion for helping people accomplish their goals through support and education.

Kevin graduated from Metropolitan State College of Denver with a degree in Finance and is a veteran of the United States Army earning three Army Commendation Medals, two Army Achievement Medals and the Expert Infantryman Badge.
